This is a lovely Christmassy book cover. And look - cake! But without the calories.
I haven't made a Christmas cake this year. I decided to leave it, as I love so many other cakes... Stollen, Panetonne... (those I'm not brave enough to make) and I wanted to bake/make some different cakes/desserts this year.
